Indicative Pricing

I believe support and coaching should be accessible for everyone, regardless of their situation. As such, under certain circumstances prices can be negotiated.

Sessions are available either in person (Auckland) or online for small groups or individuals. You can learn more about my services below.

Mindfulness Training

$375 total cost. 3 x 1 hour sessions for groups or individuals.

Coaching Sessions

$150-$200 per hour. Multiple sessions can be purchased at a discounted rate.

Supervision

$105-$150 per hour.

As a coaching relationship is so personal, I offer a complimentary half an hour phone consultation to see if we are a good fit and my services can help you with your present challenge. Please contact me for more information.

Coaching Services

A coaching relationship can be a powerful experience involving the development of new possibilities and personal growth. The relationship between the coach and the client is founded upon mutual trust and respect, where the focus is the well-being of the client. I support my clients in exploring new ways to view situations, individuals, and possibilities and in developing new approaches, plans, strategies and actions. Mindfulness Training

Learn the science and research behind mindful practice.. Pause, breathe and accept. Be present -as we only have the now.

Like most people, I have suffered anxiety at times in my life. I found practicing Mindfulness enabled me to pause, breathe, and allow-resulting in a calmer life. I would love to help you develop your “Pause” so you can control your anxieties.

Run over three sessions the Mindfulness course will cover: Part One- Intention and Motivation, the secrets of the mind. Part Two-A calm clear mind, managing stress. Part Three-Relating to others, communication, empathy, and compassion.

Strengths-based Supervision

The Mental Health sector is increasingly under pressure. Subsequently, those working in support roles are feeling the impacts of working in a demanding environment and are deserving of a safe External Supervision space to download. It is a privilege to provide supervision for those who choose to give much of themselves to help others. Receive the support you need in order to stay healthy and resilient as you do your valuable support work in the Mental Health Sector. Remember we cannot pour from an empty cup so make sure yours gets replenished.
